Nugit delivers a platform that aggregates digital marketing metrics and provide marketers with interactive bite-sized insights on how to make digital marketing more effective.
The company was seeking for UX consulting to improve their platform from the onboarding process to stickiness.
Pixel Tie worked closely with Nugit for more than 4 months to improve the platform. This included defining the goals of the project and doing research.
Then came the analysis phase to draw insights from data collected previously. We created personas and scenarios and we drove usability testing to understand as much as possible the user and its end goal when using the platform.
Next step was to redesign the application in a collaborative way -involving input and ideas from different people- through workflows, wireframes and prototypes.
And then, we tested the application with customers feedback session and are still in the process of iteration.
